The first room is dedicated to the Kežmarok noblewoman, Hedviga Maria Szirmay-Badanyi (1895-1973), whose probate heritage is displayed in the museum. The three-piece suite comes from France and represents the style of Louis XVI (cca 1775). Above the sofa there is a portrait of Hedviga´s mother, Eleanor (cca 1895).

On the oval table there are classicistic clock carved by Master Michael Topscher from Levoča (cca 1785) made of gilded lime wood with mythological figures (a figure in the middle represents the ancient god of time, Chronos).

Fans made of ivory and mother of pearl date back to Rococo and Classicism. In the first showcase there are thumb sketches from 1770-1815 painted on ivory. On the left bottom there is a double portrait of the French king, Louis XVI, and his wife, Marie Antoinette. You can see the noblewoman´s family portraits in the next showcase. Hedviga is depicted on the left bottom (1911), in the middle there are her mother´s portraits. In the last showcase there are some clothing accessories belonging to her ancestors, including ladies baroque brocate ….. ( cca 1700) which rank among the oldest ones preserved in the area of Slovakia.

Classicist sideboard comes from the late 18th century, inside you can see several samples from the London stoneware manufactory from the mid 19th century. A Rococo bronze sculpture with mythological figures was made by a French sculptor, Michel de Clodion (before 1760).
